Some Painting Progress

I don't usually paint, but when I do, it's from a photo.


The photo in particular is one I took while in the South Island.

Here's my painting setup! Yes, there are doilies for EVERYTHING.

And the actual progress...

I keep redoing sections, but it seems to build up colour quite well that way. Next up I need to paint the fields, redo some of the trees, and get some more detail into the small house in the distance.
